Dan Hyde
A leading authority on tech, crypto and cyber regulation
Dan assisted the UK Government with its review of information security law and authored the first books on UK cybersecurity law and practice and the international regulation of blockchain and cryptocurrency. Dan advises banks, universities, entrepreneurs, SMEs, and large blue-chip companies. An entrepreneur in his own right he founded Iconiq NFT and his own law firm.
Dan is a partner at Keystone Law, Visiting Professor at Queen Mary University of London, business coach for Cambridge Judge Business School and Barclays Eagle Labs and a mentor for Homerton Changemakers (University of Cambridge). He sits on the Board of the Cyber Law Forum and is a member of the Forum of Insurance Lawyers Technology and Cyber Liabilities Sector Focus Group. Dan has a particular interest in entrepreneurship and mentoring start-ups.
Leon Hurd

Leon is a Senior Regulatory lawyer at Keystone Law, based in the City of London where he regularly advises clients in the tech sector. Leon trained in the City at a magic circle law firm and has practiced for reputable firms in the City, in addition to practicing offshore in Jersey as a disputes and financial regulatory lawyer.
Leon was formerly a specialist prosecution lawyer for the Government of Jersey working within the Economic Crime & Confiscation Unit (ECCU). Leon is perfectly placed to help clients understand the pros and cons of different international regulatory regimes and any challenges they may face in establishing, developing and operating their businesses.
